Does the program that you are looking at have strict admissions requirements? Some program rankings will see a high level of selectivity as a bonus that indicates a program that invites only the best to obtain their masters in communication. Other program rankings may not look as favorably on this factor because only so many students can be the best. You need to be able to get into a program for it to be of any use to you. Program Flexibility
